Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may withdraw, restrict, or amend the Website or any part of it at any time without notice, and we will not be liable if the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Certain areas of the Website, including the Vora broker portal and any other login-protected tools, are restricted to authorized users and are governed by separate agreements, including producer agreements and portal terms. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the separate agreements control for the applicable area.
If you are issued a user ID, password, or other credential, you must treat it as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. We may disable any credential at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time. Your continued use of the Website after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must not modify the Content, use any illustrations, photographs, or graphics separately from the accompanying text, or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
You may share links to our security advisories and quote brief excerpts with attribution to Trivora. You must not republish them in full, remove attribution, or present them as your own work. You must not use any Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine learning model without our written consent.
If you print, copy, or download any part of the Website in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies you have made.
If you believe Content on the Website infringes your copyright, send a notice complying to info@trivora.com or to the postal address in Section 1.
We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website you consent to that processing and you warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
If you submit information through contact forms, career applications, or security advisory feedback, do not include confidential or sensitive information, including protected health information or payment card data, unless the form specifically requests it.
If Trivora or substantially all of its assets are acquired by or merged with another entity, information collected through the Website may be transferred to that entity, which will continue to be bound by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of collection.
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We may report any breach of this Section to law enforcement and cooperate with them by disclosing your identity to the extent permitted by law.
You may link to our home page provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval, or endorsement by Trivora where none exists.
You must not frame the Website on any other site, and you must not link to any page other than the home page without our written consent. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
Where the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, those links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES, AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIVORA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND CARRIER PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF INCOME, REVENUE, BUSINESS, PROFITS, CONTRACTS, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, OR FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR WASTED MANAGEMENT TIME, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right or remedy you may have under an insurance policy issued through Trivora or under applicable insurance law or regulation. These Terms apply only to your use of the Website and its Content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trivora and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
Content on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not insurance advice, legal advice, cybersecurity advice, or a recommendation regarding any particular coverage, vendor, control, or course of action, and it is not intended to be relied upon. You should obtain professional advice from a licensed insurance producer and your own legal and security advisors before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of Content.
Descriptions of products, coverages, limits, and services on the Website are summaries only and do not constitute an offer, solicitation, quotation, or binder of insurance. Coverage is subject to underwriting approval and is governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the policy as issued. In the event of a conflict between the Website and a policy, the policy controls. Products may not be available in all jurisdictions.
Security advisories, vulnerability summaries, threat intelligence, and similar materials are compiled from public and third-party sources and reflect information available at the time of publication. Although we make reasonable efforts to update them, we make no representations or warranties that they are complete, accurate, current, or applicable to your environment. Publication of an advisory does not mean that any related event is or is not covered under any policy.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice describe how we collect, use, and protect personal information collected through the Website.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the documents referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trivora regarding the Website. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor without notice. Section headings are for convenience only.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Website are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND TRIVORA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE.
This Section applies only to disputes about the Website and these Terms. Disputes concerning any insurance policy, claim, or producer agreement are governed by the terms of the applicable policy or agreement and by applicable insurance law.
